A Message from Our Founder

Hi, I’m Sasha Woodbeck. Bridge & Blossom was born from a deep place in my heart after years of witnessing the beauty and challenges of autism up close. I’ve seen families overwhelmed, kids misunderstood, and too many people navigating it all without the support they truly need.

This space was created to be that missing piece—a place where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Whether you’re just beginning or deep in the journey, you’re not alone. I’m so glad you’re here.

Why We Started

This journey began with a simple truth: families raising and supporting autistic individuals are often carrying a lot—confusion, love, worry, hope, exhaustion, and the deep desire to see their child thrive. We've been there. Whether you're a parent, caregiver, self-advocate, or professional, we understand how lonely and overwhelming the road can feel.

Bridge & Blossom was born out of that space. We saw a need for more than just strategies and checklists. Families need connection. Kids need advocates. Teens need respect. Adults need support. And everyone deserves tools that actually work in real life.
